Conversations on Care with Ana MiljaĨki

Today on WAWD? Radio, I talk to Ann Houston Kelley about her work coaching business leaders around the world to get a sense what is she doing and why does she do what she does. Ann is an executive leadership coach, business owner and entrepreneur. And, in full disclosure, she has been coaching me over the last 9 years or so as I was running Haiti Projects, Inc. Ann helped me turn around a struggling nonprofit that could barely make payroll to create a thriving nonprofit in Haiti, doubling our workforce, building the first maker library in Haiti, creating a women's beekeeping and soccer program, and more than doubling sales. Haiti Projects now employs over 150 people (mostly women) in rural Haiti who make beautiful hand-embroidered items that sell around the world. Come listen in!
