CONVERSATIONS ON CARE #3 | WITH MICHAEL KUBO, CHRIS GRIMLEY AND MARK PASNIK
This week's episode of Conversations on Care, on Friday, April 17, 5-6pm, invites three members of the pink comma gallery in Boston, Mark Pasnik, Michael Kubo and Chris Grimley, to talk about their work on preserving and advocating for Boston's "brutalist, or as they insist, "heroic" architectural heritage. We will focus on their Heroic: Concrete Architecture and the New Boston (Monacelli Press, 2015), but of course, both of their subsequent projects on architecture in Pittsburgh and on architect Harry Cobb, as well as pink comma's tireless instigation of architectural conversations in Boston more than qualify them for the "sisterhood" of caretakers of architectural discourse.
